Bookings & Appointments


All appointments must be booked in advance by phone.


Standard appointments are 10 minutes. Please advise us if you need extra time

(e.g., Driver License Medicals, Complex presentations or more than one concern).

Register for MyMedicare


We encourage all our regular patients to register for MyMedicare.


This voluntary registration strengthens your relationship with your GP and ensures better continuity of care.

Patient Information


  • Bulk Billed:


    • Children under 16
    • Aged Pensioners & Seniors (65+)
    • Health Care / Commonwealth Seniors Card holders
    • Gold DVA cardholders
  • Private Billing:

    All other patients will be privately billed and must pay at time of consultation

    Medicare rebates can be processed immediately.

  • Phone Consults:

    Phone consults follow the same billing rules as in-practice visits.

    To receive a rebate, you must have been seen in person at the practice in the past 12 months.

  • Cancellations & No-Show Policy:

    Please provide as much notice as possible if cancelling. Fees may apply at the GP's discretion for multiple missed appointments.

  • Reminders & Recalls:

    We use HotDoc to send appointment reminders and follow-up recalls (e.g. test results, health checks). Let us know if you’d prefer not to participate.

  • Referrals & Test Results:

    Follow-up for referrals and results must be booked with a GP. Results will not be given over the phone unless previously arranged.

  • Privacy & Informed Consent:

    We are committed to protecting your privacy. All health information is securely stored and shared only with your consent or as required by law. 

    We also ensure informed consent is obtained before any treatment or procedure.

  • After Hours Support

    Our GP is available after-hours for our Aged Care Residents and urgent follow-up with patients in the community.
